The latest episode of The Walking Dead set into motion a plan to take Meridian back from the Reapers. That should, hopefully, allow two of the ongoing storylines to intersect, given that Daryl is currently there playing double-agent. There was also more development for the Commonwealth, including a pretty clear class divide and a harsh, nebulous judicial system, and while we didn’t check in on Alexandria, the prospect of its imminent collapse seems to be on everyone’s minds. The Walking Dead season 11, episode 8, “For Blood”, promises to bring all of this to some kind of logical breakpoint for the first — of a planned three — season finale. Here’s how things stand Things in the Commonwealth aren’t looking good. Eugene, Ezekiel, Princess, and Stephanie are all tasked with clearing walkers out of buildings that have been marked for future expansion, and they have no idea how long the sentence will last, while Yumiko is given a power position as legal representative to Governor Pamela Milton and her Cabinet. Tired of the rudeness of a particularly unpleasant rich man and his girlfriend, Eugene punches him in the face, only to be told after the fact that he was Milton’s son. He’s looking at life in prison if he doesn’t divulge the coordinates of Alexandria. Maggie decides to use the tactics of the Whisperers to lead a horde to Meridian in order to free it from Reaper occupation, but she needs Negan’s help to do that, and they continue not to get on. After a tense, frank conversation about whether or not Negan would do things differently if he had the chance, they square their own differences for long enough to accumulate a giant horde and begin the journey to Meridian. Daryl and Leah, under Pope’s instructions, head out to try and find Pope’s surviving enemies. Eventually, they stumble on a man whose wife is dying, and mercy kill her before being recalled back to Meridian since something is obviously afoot. The Walking Dead season 11, episode 8 release date “For Blood” is slated to release on October 10, 2021, at 9 pm ET, on AMC. The new episode has already premiered on AMC+ on October 3, 2021, since the streaming service is making new episodes available a week in advance. Where to watch online Since The Walking Dead is such a popular and longstanding show, there are many different ways to check out the latest episode. The most efficient for die-hard fans is, obviously, an AMC+ subscription, which allows you to view the episode a week before everyone else. Predictions based on the previous episode With this being the first mid-season finale, we can expect some big developments. Some predictions Maggie, Negan, and co., under the guise of the herd, will attack Meridian. One assumes that the attack won’t be entirely successful, especially since the place is so well guarded and fortified, but it’ll probably do enough damage to cause some chaos. In the aftermath of the attack, Pope is going to want to know who’s responsible, which will likely put Daryl in an even more difficult position. Since we got plenty of Commonwealth stuff in the latest episode, it seems likely that it’ll be dropped in favor of more focus on Alexandria. With the place already on its last legs, the chances of this being a happy-go-lucky plot are slim. It makes sense at this point, I think, to begin moving the Alexandria and Commonwealth plots closer together. Are we due a major character death?

La fin de la saison 11 Partie 1 de The Walking Dead était un épisode direct et intense qui a laissé de nombreux personnages centraux de la série en péril de mort. Au début de For Blood », son équipe a atteint les murs de la colonie, mais ils sont loin d’être à l’abri. Les Moissonneurs ont mis en place un périmètre de mines terrestres qui permet d’éliminer rapidement la horde de marcheurs et qui fait courir aux humains masqués le risque d’être les Alexandrins disposent d’un avantage considérable en la personne de Daryl, qui est toujours sous couverture chez les faucheurs. Maintenant, avec Leah à la tête de ce groupe, ils peuvent prospérer et exister aux côtés de Daryl, Maggie et les Alexandrins. Dans ce sens, Pope n’était qu’un point de départ pour rassembler tout le monde et maintenant, il a rempli son le faisant tuer par Leah, elle a démontré son affection pour Daryl et a choisi son camp dans cette guerre » entre les Moissonneurs et les Alexandrins. Sa loyauté envers sa famille et leur cause est ce qui la pousse à continuer. C’est pourquoi elle est retournée si volontiers chez Pope lorsque les Moissonneurs l’ont trouvée dans la c’est quelque chose que Daryl peut comprendre, peut-être même respecter. Mais en fin de compte, même si sa propre loyauté envers ses amis et sa famille l’a amené à remettre en question certaines choses, d’une manière étrange, il ne semble pas pouvoir être d’accord avec la décision de Leah à cause de ce que les faucheurs ne serait pas la première fois que The Walking Dead se termine sur un cliffhanger avec ses personnages principaux au bord de la mort. Mais ici, le final de The Walking Dead saison 11 partie 1 voit Negan, Maggie, Daryl et Gabriel tenter désespérément d’échapper aux zombies qui se sont introduits dans l’installation des Moissonneurs ainsi qu’au hwacha tiré par Leah et les à la promo de la saison 11 partie 2 de The Walking Dead, nous pouvons extrapoler les conséquences de la bataille contre les faucheurs. Tout d’abord, les quatre personnages susmentionnés survivent et rentrent chez eux, à Alexandria, avec la nourriture dont ils avaient désespérément besoin, comme en témoigne le chariot que Daryl transporte dans la leur voyage ne se fera pas sans tribulations, car il semble que Maggie, Gabriel et Negan auront tous des moments importants sur la route avant d’atteindre Alexandria. Il est tout à fait plausible que les Alexandrins et les Moissonneurs règlent leurs promo de l’épisode 9 de la Saison 11 confirme également que Judith et Gracie ont survécu à la tempête torrentielle qui a frappé la côte Est ainsi qu’à l’attaque de zombies qui s’est ensuivie à Alexandria, puisque Judith peut être vue en train d’accueillir Daryl lorsqu’il rentre chez lui. Ce que cela signifie pour le reste de la saison 11 de The Walking Dead n’est pas clair, mais le conflit qui a été exploré tout au long de la première partie n’est clairement pas le Commonwealth sait maintenant où se trouve Alexandria et qu’il est en train de s’y rendre, peut-être qu’un jour, les Faucheurs uniront leurs forces à celles des Alexandrins pour éliminer le Commonwealth, de la même façon que la communauté d’Oceanside a travaillé avec les Alexandrins pour vaincre les Sauveurs.
